Not necessarily. The 24/7 touchscreen kiosk handles the whole process on site, but we’re also happy to do a lease over the phone or by email — just call 802-871-5787.

Your first month’s rent, a security deposit equal to one month’s rent, and a one-time $10 administrative fee. Rent is pro-rated at move-in and due on the 1st of each month, with a 7-day grace period.

Not in Colchester. Our units here are not climate or humidity controlled and are exposed to outside air temperature, so we don’t recommend storing sensitive electronics or antiques. We do have a small number of temperature-controlled units at our Essex Junction location — call us at 802-871-5787 if that’s what you need.

You’re welcome to use your own lock and key. If you’d rather pick one up here, padlocks are available at the kiosk for $10 plus tax.

No — we don’t allow vehicle storage of any kind in the units, and we don’t offer outdoor parking for cars, boats, or RVs.
