Your first month’s rent, a security deposit equal to one month’s rent, and a one-time $10 administrative fee. Rent is pro-rated at move-in and due on the 1st of each month, with a 7-day grace period.

Most units are not climate controlled and are exposed to outside air temperature. However, units #400-425 at this Essex Junction location are temperature controlled — they stay above 50°F in the winter and below 75°F in the summer. No humidity control is provided in any unit.

You’re welcome to use your own lock and key. If you’d rather pick one up here, padlocks are available at the kiosk for $10 plus tax.
